The homeowners of this beautiful ranch were wanting to update their living spaces with new appliances, new fixtures, and new modern styling throughout. Our design team created an elegant yet functional kitchen layout, new master bathroom layout, and a fully finished basement that had everything they wanted and then some.
We felt it was important to preserve the classic look of their home while sprinkling in a few modern touches along the way. The kitchen was upgraded with new granite countertops and custom travertine tile backsplash fitted to 36″ Yukon Antique White cabinets throughout. This kitchen received all new appliances including microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and wine cooler with integrated custom built wine rack. The removal of a load bearing wall and the addition of a custom built peninsula with extra cabinet storage really opened up the layout and tied everything together.
In the Living Room we added custom bookcases framing both sides of the fireplace. We finished it off with decorative beams and travertine tile throughout the entire first floor.
The Master Bathroom features an oversized glass encased shower with custom shower base and travertine tile surround. A custom vanity complete with dual sinks and makeup seating with solid surface tops. New vanity lighting and 6″ LED Shower Spotlight showcase the new tile flooring and new paint.
We topped this project off by finishing the basement complete with all new drywall, trim, lighting and new carpet throughout. Custom wall paint helped transform this previously unused space into the ultimate man cave.
